đź‘‹ About Me

Hi, I'm Steven — a developer, musician, and general internet gremlin who loves building things that work, even if they look a little weird getting there.

I’ve spent over 15 years wrangling code in all its glorious chaos — from headless CMS architectures to React frontends and audio analysis tools. I’ve built apps for federal agencies, hacked on obscure hardware, and probably used more console.log()s than I care to admit.

These days, I’m exploring the intersection of music and machine learning, brushing up on C++ for fun (and pain), and learning how to say “I am a software engineer” in Mandarin and Spanish. I also play in a classic rock band and occasionally teach a friend guitar.

This site is a home for odd ideas, experiments, dev logs, and digital fingerprints I find too charming to leave buried. It may not win any design awards, but it’s mine — and it’s fast. No 12MB JavaScript bundles here. Just HTML, heart, and the occasional haiku.
